Kushal Help : Default Forms in a Newly Created Project

Default Forms

Depending on options you select while creating a new project, Kushal will add many default Forms to the project. Only minor modifications can be done in these Forms as they are standard Forms in most applications.

Following Forms get created depending on your choices such as User Management, Database etc -

Note: When Forms window is open, these Forms don't get listed by default as there will be minimal change expected to be done in them. These Forms are already created by Kushal.

1. Splash Form

This screen will be the first screen to load in Kushal Designed application. This splash screen stays for a short time every time the application launches while basic application resources are made available.

2. Database Admin User Form

When applications are developed in Kushal with Server Based Databases (MySQL or MS SQL), they need to create a Database for storing in Formation related to various databases configured. This Form appears only during the first time the application loads.

3. Configure Database Form

This Form will be shown when the user has selected Server based Databases (MySQL or MSSQL). The application can configure the Database using this Form.

4. List Databases Form

In applications derived from Kushal with Server based Databases (My SQL, MS SQL), the user will be able to see the list of Databases configured with this Form.

5. Switch Database Form

In an application designed with Kushal, if Server Based Database is used (My SQL or MS SQL), then users will be able to switch between available Databases using this screen.

6. New File Form

This window will appear in applications designed by Kushal with File Based Databases (SQLite, MS Access) which allow users to create new Files.

7. File Database Login Form

If the file in the application designed in Kushal is Password Protected, this Form appears. This Form appears only for File-Based Databases (MS Access, SQLite).

8. Add Edit User Form

Using this Form, you will be able to create additional user credentials in the application. This Form will appear only if you have selected User Management option in Project Details Form

9. Role Management Form

If User Management option is selected in the Kushal Designed application, then users having Administrator Permission will be able to define roles to users, with this Form.

10. Change Password Form

This Form is used to change the User Password.

11. Password Check Form

If the Kushal designed application is password protected with Protect Program option then this Form will be displayed to open the application.

If User Management option is selected in the application designed with Kushal, then login users will be able to change their password with this Form.

13. About Us Form

By default this Form will be blank; you can display content about your application or company etc. here.

14. Disclaimer Form

Disclaimer Form will show Disclaimer instructions related to your application.

15. Report Form
This Form executes or runs the RDL reports which are associated with the application. Report Form by default its having functionality of Pagination, Zoom, Save option (PDF, Excel, etc) and Print.
