Stock management is very easy with the help of Inventory Manager developed by ERachana technologies where you can keep detailed listing of all your product movements and transactions and keep track of your company's stocked goods. ERachana’s Inventory Manager Application can be installed in the same way as any other standard windows application. Download, Install and Register the Inventory Manager Application from our website www.erachana.net. Installation & Registration are explained in Detail in other videos.
After registration, create a New File and enter Masters Details.
Masters are used for storing various master details. To use this application for Inventory Management, first, Masters like Company Details and Item Master should be updated.
Enter details of your Company in My Company.
To do this, click My Company menu and then click Company Details.
In the window that opens, enter details of your company like Company Name, Address,Place, PIN Code, Phone No, Email Id and Website. Click Save.
In Item Master, you should enter details of the items whose stock you need to maintain in the inventory.
To add item details, in Transactions menu, click Item Master.
In the window that opens, enter Item Name, Unit and a brief description of the item in Description. Click Save.
It Is important to keep track of Inventory while running your Business to take stock control and ensure profitability.
In Purchase Details, enter stock as and when it is purchased, or at regular intervals like Daily, weekly or monthly and in Sales Details, enter details of stock sold. Finally, you can see current stock availability in Stock Report, and closing stock details for a given date in Closing Stock.
To enter details of stock purchased, in Transactions menu click Purchase Details.
In the window that opens, enter date of purchase in Date. Select Item Name, Quantity and enter quantity of purchased Stock in Stock and click Save.
To enter details of stock sold, in Transactions menu click Sales Details. In the window that opens, enter date of Sale in Date. Select Item Name, Quantity and enter quantity of Stock sold in Stock and click Save.
Various useful reports are available in Inventory Manager to keep track of Stock Movement in your company.
You can track item-wise stock in Stock Report. You can view summarised or detailed and item-wise inward and Outward Stock in Purchase Report and Sales Report. The Closing Stock in a particular day in your Company can be seen in Closing Stock.
By using these reports, you can easily order items when the stock is low, know how your investment is used and even find which items are most or least in demand.
To view Stock Report, click Stock Details in Transactions menu.
In the window that opens, Enter Date or Dates Between, during which you want to see the stock, select Items from the list, and click Search.
The stock report, with Opening Stock, Stock Purchased, Stock Sold and Closing Stock on the given date is seen in the grid. You can Print the above report by clicking the Print button.
To view Purchase/Sales Report, click Purchase/Sales Report in Transactions menu.
In the window that opens, Enter Date or Dates Between, during which you want to see the purchased/sold stock, select Items from the list, and click Search. The respective stock report on the given date is seen in the grid.
You can Print the above report Item wise or Date wise by selecting the appropriate choice and clicking Print button.
To view the Closing Balance Report, click Closing Stock in Transactions menu.
In the window that opens, Enter Date or Dates Between, during which you want to see the balance stock, select Items from the list, and click Search. The respective stock report on the given date is seen in the grid.
You can Print the above report by clicking the Print button.
