1. Click Sales
2. Select Edit Excel Template
3. Select Sales Invoice
4. Click Edit
A worksheet gets opened in the excel format. This is a protected sheet. So you may not be able to delete columns or rows.
But you are allowed to change the formatting for most of the things. The fields with the suffix ‘$’ are editable fields.
To change the TERMS AND CONDITIONS to NOTES .
1. Click on the cell containing TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. Change the text to NOTES
To change Colors for the heading
1. Click on the cell containing the heading.
2. Select the color in the Font Color from Home tab.
You can delete some of the content in this sheet which is not required.
To change the Row Height and Column Width
Click on the cell in the T column and change the number.
Click on the cell in the row and change the number.
Inserting the Company LOGO
1. Click Masters
2. Select Company Details
3. Select File Image path
4. Click Browse
5. Select the Image
Note: It can be a logo or an image of your company letterhead with the company name.
6. Click Open
7. Click Save
