Dashboard is the first thing you’ll see when you log into your Suraksha CRM application. The dashboard gives you a brief picture of your Licenses and Follow ups, which licenses you have issued, to whom and what follow ups are to be done.
License Dashboard is used to see the list of licenses issued to customers.
To view License Dashboard, in Dashboard menu, click License Dashboard.
In the window that opens, you can see the list of licenses issued to customers.
Follow up dashboard will show you the follow ups that are to be done.
To view Follow up Dashboard, in Dashboard menu, click Follow up Dashboard.
In the window that opens, you can list the required follow ups based by providing various criteria like Follow up date,Customer Name, Activity,Product Name, Assigned Date, Follow up by etc. and click List.
The Search results of follow ups are shown in the grid.
