Create Academic Year Records


Academic Year in Schools refers to the annual period beginning usually in a particular month like June and ending in the May month of the Next year. During the particular Academic Year, Classes and Sections are created, Subjects are assigned to Classes, and Teachers are assigned classes and Subjects. Students pay different types of Fees for their enrolments for the Academic Year.


Enter Academic Years


To enter Academic Year, Click Masters, and in Academic, Click Academic Year.



In the window that opens, Enter From Year and click Save.








Enter Holidays for Academic Years


Every Academic year has Holidays like National Holidays and Festival Holidays. You can add these dates in Holiday Master.


To add Holidays, Click Holiday Master in Common, in Masters Menu.



In the window that opens, select Holiday Year, Enter Holiday Date and enter a Description of the Holiday. Click Save.








Enter Months for Academic Years

To Add Academic Month details, Click Academic Month Master .



You can add month details – Select Academic Year and Month. For the selected month, enter No. of Working Days, No. of Holidays and Total Days gets calculated. Enter Remarks if any and click Save.








Enter Classes and Sections for Academic Years


To create Classes and Sections for a particular academic year, you can use Academic Class Section Master.


In Masters, in Academic, click Class Section Master.



In the window that opens, select Academic Year and Class and click Save.



Then for the selected Year and Class, you can add multiple sections by clicking Add, and for each section, you can select Class Teachers. Then Click Update.



Then Click Save to save the Class and its sections.








Enter Classes and Subjects for Academic Years


To create Classes and Subjects for a particular academic year, you can use Academic Class Subject Master.


In Masters, in Academic, click Class Subject Master.



In the window that opens, select Academic Year, Class and Section, Subject and Teacher.


Then Click Save to save the Class, Sections, Subject and Teachers.









Enter Exams for Academic Years


To create Exams for a particular academic year, you can use Academic Exam Master.

In Masters, in Academic, click Academic Exam Master.



In the window that opens, Enter Exam Date and then selectAcademic Year, Class andSection, Subject and Exam. EnterMax. Marks, Min. Marks and Pass Marks.

Then Click Save to save the Academic Exam.









Enter Fees for Academic Years


To create Fees for a particular academic year, you can use Academic Fee Master.

In Masters, in Academic, click Academic Fee Master.



In the window that opens, Select Academic Year, Class, and Fee Type. Enter Fee Amount and Remarks if any.


Then Click Save to save the Academic Fee.
