Enter Areas and Places in Area Master and Place Master


Area and Place Masters are used to store Areas and Places where the School, Students, Employees or Vendors address is located.


To create Area Master, First, you need to Create Place Master, To Create Place Master, You need to Create Taluk, and Like-wise you have to create a district, State, and Country Master.

To Add Area, Click Masters and in Common, Select Area Master.



Area Master Window opens. Now, Click triple dot button in Place to open Place Master.



Click triple dot button in Taluk to open Taluk Master.



Click triple dot button in District to open District Master.



Click triple dot button in State to open State Master.



Click triple dot button in Country to open Country Master.



Now, enter Country Name and click Save.



In State Master, Select the Country and then Enter State Name and click Save.



In District Master, Select the State and enter District Name and click Save.


In Taluk Master, Select the District and enter Taluk Name and click Save.


In Place Master, Select the Taluk and enter Place Name and click Save.


Lastly, you can add different areas where the student’s addresses are located, in Area Master.

Select the Place and enter Area Name and PIN Code and click Save.







Enter Religions and Caste Categories

Religions and Castes of Students can be added in Religion and Caste Category Masters.

To add Religion, Click Masters menu and in Common, Select Religion Master.


Enter Religion Name and click Save.


To add Caste Category and Sub Category, Click Masters menu and in Common, select Caste Category.


In the window that opens, First, Select the Religion. Then enter Caste Name and click Save.


There can be multiple categories for a Caste. To add Caste Category details, Click Add, enter Category and click Update.


Then again click Save to save the Caste and Categories.






Enter Classes and Sections

You can add Classes and Sections in your school in Class Master and Section Master.

To add Class, in Masters Menu, click Class Master.


In the window that opens, Enter Class and click Save.



To add Sections, in Masters Menu, click Section Master.



In the window that opens, Enter Section Name and click Save.








Enter Subjects and Tests/Exams

You can add various Subjects taught in the school in Subject Master and Exams or Tests in Exam Master.

To add Subjects, in Masters Menu, click Subject Master.


In the window that opens, Enter Subject Name and click Save.


To add Tests or Exams, click Exam Master.


In the window that opens, Enter Test/Exam Name and click Save.







Enter Fee Types

There may be many types of Fees to be paid in a school like Tuition Fee, Sports Fee, Admission Fee etc. These fee types can be added in Fee Master.

To add Fee Type, click Masters and select Fee Master in Common.



In Fee Master Window, enter Fee Name and click Save.







Enter Months

Months of the year are added in Month Master.

To add months, Click Masters. In Common, click Month Master.



In the window that opens, Enter name of the Month like January, February etc. and click Save.








Enter Narrations and Account Heads

Regularly used Narrations are entered in Narration Master. Expense Heads are added in Account Heads Master.

The Narrations and Account Heads are useful to create Petty Cash Expense vouchers.

To add Narrations, Click Masters and in Common, click Narration Master.



In the window that opens, Enter Narration and click Save.



To add Account Head, click Masters and in Common, click Account Head.



In the window that opens, enter Account Head and click Save.








Enter Item Categories and Items

Commonly Purchased Items in School can be added in Item Master. These Items may belong to different Categories like Office item or Student item. The item categories can be entered in Item Category Master.

To add item Category, in Masters Menu, select Item Category in Common.



In the window that opens, enter Item Category and add Sub Category. Click Update and then click Save.



To add items, in Masters Menu, select Item Master in Common.



In the window that opens, enter Item Name. Select Sub Category and Units. Enter Size and description of the item and then click Save.
