School Manager Software - Student Records

Student Management can be systematically done using School Manager. Once Student Entry is completed and Academic Masters are updated, you can record Student Attendance, Student Exam etc.


Enter Student Attendance


To Enter Student Attendance, Click Student Attendance in Student Menu.



Select Academic Year, Month, Class and Section and click List button.



The No. of Days, Working Days and Holidays are updated for the selection done.


Students for the selection done are shown in the grid. In the No. Present Days column, you can click and enter the Days. You can also enter Remarks if any.



Once you complete entering all students Attendance for the selection done, click Save to save Attendance details.


You can also export these details to excel file by clicking Export Button.







Enter Student Exam/Test wise Results


To Enter Student Exam Results, Click Exam Results in Student Menu.



Select Academic Year, Exam, Class, Section, Subject and enter the Result Date. Click List button.



The Exam Date, Max. Marks, Min. Marks and Pass Marks are updated for the selection done.


Students for the selection done are shown in the grid. In the Taken Marks and Grade columns, you can click and enter the marks obtained and Grade. You can also enter Remarks if any.


Once you complete entering all students Results for the selection done, click Save to save Result details.



You can also export these details to excel file by clicking Export Button.







Promote Students


Once the Academic Year is completed and the required Results are obtained by the students, the students may be promoted to the higher classes. This can be done using Promote Students.


To Enter Students Promoted, Click Promote Students in Student Menu.



Select Academic Year, Class and Section and Click List button.



The Students for the selection done are shown in the grid.

Select the students to be promoted by checking the checkbox.


Then in the Promoted Student Details section, Select the Academic Year, Class and Section to which the students selected will be promoted.


Then click Promote.



Once the students are promoted, the status of these students will become inactive for the current class and they will be active students in the promoted class.
